Bobbie Jo Edwards, 47, of Deer Park, Wash., was arrested in the 2300 block of U.S. 2 at 12:23 a.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) and possession of paraphernalia.

Kolton Carroll, 24, of Bonners Ferry, was arrested in the 476000 block of U.S. 95, Ponderay at 12:57 a.m. on an outstanding Boundary County misdemeanor warrant.
