Don Leen Memorial Golf Tournament raises $6,970 for youth golf program

SANDPOINT — The sixth annual Don Leen Memorial Golf Tournament was held Aug. 6 at the Sandpoint Elks Golf Course. The tournament raised $6,970 for the Hook a Kid on Golf program which enables children up to the age of 18 to learn to play golf. The program provides golf clubs, lessons, hats and a shirt to youth athletes looking to take up golf.
