Patrick C. Nelson, 34, of Westminster, Colorado, was cited in the area of highways 2 and 57 at 4:57 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence (excessive).
A stolen vehicle was reported recovered in the area of Highway 57 and Huckleberry Avenue at 7:42 p.m.
