I would like to give kudos to Kate McAlister, Shelby Rongstad, and Jennifer Stapleton for taking their time on a beautiful August Saturday to explain the Downtown Waterfront Design Competition for the future Urban Renewal Development Plan regarding Sand Creek, City Beach, and parts of the downtown.
Thank you for explaining that this is early in the planning stage, and at this point, they are concepts and ideas for our town's future...
