NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 5:30 p.m., to consider the following requests: File SS23-046, 95 Pines, Preliminary Plat: Hammack Construction Inc. is requesting subdivision approval in order to further divide Craigs Forest Tracks, Lot 1 (±9.81 acres) into 3 lots ranging in size from 3-acres to 3.84-acres. The property is zoned Rural and is located on the east side of US Highway 95 between Oneida Drive and Bronx Road. The application proposes construction of a private access drive which will provide access to the proposed lots. The property is located in Township 57N, Range 2W, Section 2, Boise Meridian.
