James 'Jimmy' Lawrence Lock, 74

James "Jimmy" Lawrence Lock, 74, passed away in Sandpoint, Idaho, on Aug. 12, 2023. He was born in Philadelphia, Pa., on Jan. 12, 1949, to Anna and Albert Lock.

He is survived by his sister, Anne Marie McLane of Pennsylvania.

He served in the Army in Vietnam as a dog handler, detecting landmines. He was a longtime resident of the Sandpoint area.

Through his work, his church and volunteering he touched many lives in the Sandpoint community. He will be missed by many, especially his "Philly" brothers.
