PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY OF PRIEST RIVER THE CITY OF PRIEST RIVER CITY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing on December 18, 2023, at 5:30 PM at the Priest River City Hall Council Chambers, 552 High Street, Priest River, ID to consider and to receive testimony on the following Planning and Zoning application: The applicant, Jordan Yount, has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to allow him to demolish an existing tri-plex building, rebuild a shop with two dwelling units, one on each side of the shop, in its place, and to make two curb cuts, one for access to this property, and one next door to access his personal garage at 122 Cedar Street. The property is generally located 110 Cedar Street, Priest River, ID, and more specifically described as: Lot 3 of Block 4 of Gillingham’s Addition to Priest River, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Book 1 of Plats, Page 19, Records of Bonner County, Idaho.
