PREP WRESTLING: Priest River boys take down St. Maries, fall to Kellogg
ST. MARIES — Colm Mclaimtaig (138), Caedan McLaimtaig (152) and Darien Ratzlaff (182) pinned both of their opponents Tuesday as the Spartans split a pair of dual matches against St. Maries and Kellogg.
In the loss to Kellogg, Hunter Rose and Caleb Grow picked up wins by forfeit. In the win over St. Maries, Collin Magers (126) picked up a crucial win, pinning Michael Stewart in 1:58 to help Priest River to victory. Jack Zalewski, Garrett Reynolds, and Brayden Lamanna also picked up wins by forfeit against the Lumberjacks.
Priest River and Sandpoint will both be in action Dec. 8-9 at the George Wild Invite in Kellogg.
