SHS baseball to hold youth camp this winter

SANDPOINT — The Sandpoint High School baseball team will be hosting a youth baseball camp for athletes ranging from third to eighth grade Saturday, Dec. 30, at the SHS gym.

The camp will focus on the basics – fielding, pitching, and hitting. Camp sessions will be two hours long and will be split up as follows: third and fourth grade — 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.; fifth and sixth grade — 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; seventh and eighth grade 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Pre-registration is required for the camp. To register, email roderick.klontz@lposd.org with your athlete’s name, grade, and shirt size. The cost to participate is $20.
