Commissioners need to do their jobs; not argue

| December 12, 2023 1:00 AM

We elected and pay our commissioners to perform civic duties that we are unable to perform, not to act like spoiled children and make our county a laughingstock. If Mr. Omodt and Mr. Bradshaw have so much excess paid city time to spend belittling another commissioner instead of performing the jobs they were hired to do, they should consider resigning so they can do it on their own time. I would be interested in how much it costs to hire a "public commentator" to speak at meetings these days.

If, in fact, you two are intimidated by a woman who is trying to perform the job we hired her for, then I feel sorry for you, and you might seek therapy for your problem. You were hired to perform a job, and like the rest of us who work, you don't always get to have it your way unless you own the company. You don't; we do.
