David Skaggs, 47, was cited on Le Clerc Road in Oldtown at 10:18 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Deputies responded to a report of a family offense on Cabin Ridge Road in Spirit Lake at 12:01 a.m.

A suspicious person was reported in the Lakeshore Drive area in Sagle at 12:16 a.m.

Dec. 7

A 15-year-old Hope male was issued a promise to appear in the 400 block of S. Division Avenue at 10:55 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

A 14-year-old Sandpoint female was issued a promise to appear in the 400 block of S. Division Avenue at 10:55 a.m. on charges of possession of paraphernalia.

Report of a hit-and-run collision near Baldy Mountain Road and N. Division Avenue at 12:45 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 1 p.m.

An accidental 911 activation was reported on E. Superior Street at 1:15 p.m.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury collision on W. Superior Street at 1:43 p.m.
