Raymond Dallas Duran, 23, was arrested in the 477000 block of Highway 95 at 5:01 a.m. on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant

Tyrel A. James, 33, of Ponderay was arrested in the 30600 block of Highway 200 at 3:26 p.m. on an outstanding warrant.
