An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up in the Pine Street area at 8:55 a.m.
Report of dogs barking in the 400 block of Loman Circle at 9 a.m.
Possible fraud on Fifth Avenue was placed under investigation at 9:59 a.m.
A dislodged manhole cover in the area of Fifth Avenue and Pine Street was replaced by an officer at 10:46 a.m.
