Shawn Moran, 35, of Spokane was arrested in the 4000 block of N. Boyer Road at 1:19 p.m. on a charge of introduction of contraband into a correction facility; and Terrance Finnerty, 47, of Cocolalla was arrest at the same time and location on a charge of introduction of contraband into a correction facility.

Deputies responded to the Keegan Court area in Kootenai after a report of an alarm at 6:26 p.m.
A reckless driver was reported on U.S. 2 in the greater Sandpoint area at 7:17 p.m.
Report of a reckless driver on Highway 200 in Hope at 7:18 p.m.
Report of a 911 hang-up on Sunset Hill Road in Athol at 7:32 p.m.
Deputies responded to a traffic accident reported near U.S. 95 and Huckleberry Mountain Road in Cocolalla at 8:53 p.m.
A reckless driver was reported on Schweitzer Mountain Road at 9:16 p.m.
A family offense was reported in the Spirit Lake area on Cabin Ridge Road at 10:28 p.m.
Deputies responded to the Sagle area for a 911 call on Destiny Bay Road at 10:45 p.m.
Lisa Smith, 53, address not listed, was arrested on Le Clerc Road in Oldtown at 11:13 p.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

Dec. 13
A controlled substance incident was reported on N. Boyer Avenue at 10:13 a.m.
Report of a vehicle blocking an alley in the 1100 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 10:50 a.m.
Report of a scam in the 1700 block of Main Street at 11:59 a.m.
A controlled substance incident was investigated on N. Boyer Avenue at 11:31 a.m.
Report of possible harassment in the 600 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 2:03 p.m.
Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury collision on Larch Street at 2:22 p.m.
Report of a civil dispute on Selle Road at 2:57 p.m.

Brad L. Rost, 30, of Sandpoint, was cited on S. Division Avenue at 5:13 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Dec. 13
An officer investigated a theft reported in the 477300 block of Highway 95 at 12:02 p.m.
An officer responded to a 911 hang-up in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 3:20 p.m.
A follow-up report was taken near U.S. 95 and Schweitzer Cutoff Road at 5 p.m.
Marc A. Firmage, 42, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 9:16 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and open container of alcohol.
