Alycia Grunstein, 21, was arrested in the area of E. Second Avenue and N. Stephen Street in Clark Fork at 9:11 p.m. on two outstanding felony warrants.

Luis Garcia Cabrera, 35, of Oldtown, was cited in the 2400 block of U.S. 2 in Oldtown at 9:16 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jared T Leighliter, 36, of Sagle, was arrested on Fifth Avenue at 12:28 p.m. on charge of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

A controlled substance incident was placed under investigation at 2:34 p.m.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury collision on Fifth Avenue at 2:43 p.m.
