CAL announces scholarship deadlines

The Community Assistance League is again offering scholarships to Bonner County graduating high school seniors and continuing education students.
This includes home school, private and public school students. In addition, CAL offers scholarships to those who received a CAL scholarship previously, and those who have delayed their education.
Applications are available to be downloaded from the Sandpoint High School website under the counseling center’s local scholarship link (found under scholarships) and selecting Community Assistance League.
For continuing students, applications are available to be downloaded from the Sandpoint High School website under the counseling center’s local scholarship link (found under scholarships) and selecting Community Assistance League renewal.
The deadline for submitting applications is 9 a.m. Monday, April 10.
Mail your applications to CAL Scholarships, P.O. Box 1361, Sandpoint, or drop them off at your high school’s counseling center, or at CAL’s Bizarre Bazaar store by 3 p.m. Friday, April 7. Be certain they are complete, including the correct CAL cover sheet for your category.
Bizarre Bazaar is CAL’s upscale retail store located at 502 Church St. All profits from the store are given back to the community through scholarships and grants.
