Report of an injured deer in the 1300 block of Fifth Avenue at 6:51 a.m.

Report of a vehicle-versus-deer collision in the 1200 block of Fifth Avenue at 7:50 a.m.

Report of a practice drill in the 400 block of S. Boyer Avenue at 8:33 a.m.

Report of a vehicle blocking a mailbox in the 1200 block of Michigan Street at 9:23 a.m.

Report of possible harassment in the 300 block of Church Street at 10:46 a.m.

Machelle R. Brossman, 52, of Trout Creek, Mont., was cited on U.S. 95 in the city at 11:12 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

A 15-year-old Sandpoint male was arrested at 12:25 p.m. in the 4000 block of Samuelson Avenue on a felony Bonner County warrant.
