We must root out socialism from our country

I am very concerned for my grandkids because of the direction our country is heading. Socialism seems to be the country's name of the game now. So-called free things seem to be the driving force for votes.

People that I thought to be intelligent are buying the social narrative which just astounds me.

All they have to do is look 60 miles to our north and see how well that is working. When Trump lied, the media was quick to point out his lies and call them lies, as they should. Now President Biden stands in front of the cameras and tells lie after lie but now they are called misunderstandings, errors or falsehoods.

Recently, a 16-year-old high school boy was jailed in Canada for verbally expressing his belief that men don't belong in the women's locker room at school.

I am starting to push on 80 and realize I don't have a lot longer to go but pray I can see some change in the direction of our country before I do go.
