Are threats aimed at silencing opposition?

Commissioner and Emperor Steve Bradshaw has spoken: Anyone making comments of derogatory, innuendos, personal attacks, or anything considered to be aggressive, will be removed by the police if necessary. In other words, if you don't agree with me or what I am doing, you will be removed. Hopefully, no one will be escorted to a boxcar and be hauled off to a camp far away.

But then in another election, maybe we can elect a true public servant. That is unless the Emperor decides to eliminate elections and remain in power forever.
