REQUEST FOR PROPOSED DESIGN TEAMS City of Sandpoint RFP No. 23-5300-1 DOWNTOWN WATERFRONT DESIGN COMPETITION – STAGE 1 The City of Sandpoint, Idaho (City), is undertaking a Design Competition to create a visionary plan for the downtown and adjacent waterfront. The Competition will be conducted in three stages. The Stage 1 submittal is a proposed team structure and qualifications of Design Team members. The Design Teams may include design leadership, engineering specialties, artists, historians, planners, and others who can undertake the Stage 2 and Stage 3 tasks as defined in the Design Competition Manual.
