Open house set on Travers Park improvements

SANDPOINT — The city of Sandpoint is hosting an open house Thursday, Jan. 5, to discuss improvements at Travers Park.

The event will be held from 5-7 p.m. in City Hall council chambers, 1123 Lake St. In addition to improvements at Travers Park sports field, the open house is a chance to learn more about renovation and expansion of the existing parking lot.

The community is invited to meet with the city's design team and Parks Planning & Development manager Maeve Nevins-Lavtar.
