Book sale set for Saturday

SANDPOINT — If you looking for a few good books — or more — to kick off the new year, you'll want to stop in at the Friends of the Library book sale on Saturday.

The sale, the group's first of the year, will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Sandpoint Library, 1407 Cedar St.

The sale will feature lots of media as well as the group's usual large collections of fiction, non-fiction and mysteries.

"It still very cold out there and your fireplace still beckons," the group's Ilene Bell said. "So come share your Saturday with as you find our newest treasures for the new year."
