Let law enforcement do their job

| January 5, 2023 1:00 AM

News reports are saying that the man responsible for the student killings in Moscow has been caught. Congratulations to the law enforcement agencies involved. You accomplished your work and responsibilities despite all the armchair detectives harassment and badmouthing you.

Folks, this wasn't a one-hour TV crime story all covered from the act to conclusion in an hour including advertisements.

To the attorney coming on TV, insisting that the police release more information. You must have slept through some of your law classes. Police walk a thin line in satisfying the grieving families, new media and compromising their case in court.

As to the alleged suspect, most criminals aren't overly bright but there's no shortage of intelligent ones as well. The fact that he is a criminal justice graduate just points to the possible level of his intelligences.
