Information was relayed to law enforcement on Highway 41 in Blanchard at 12:05 a.m.
Sabrina Hawkins-Hensley, 42, of Newport, Wash., was arrested in the area of Highway 41 and Rundle Road in Oldtown at 12:15 a.m. on a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm; and Emmett Davis, 42, of Newport was arrested at the same time and location on a Bonner County misdemeanor arrest warrant.
Possible harassment was reported on Lower Pack River Road at 1:45 a.m.

Jan. 5
Report of possible harassment in the 1000 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 7:17 a.m.
Report of a municipal code violation on N. Lincoln Avenue at 10:44 a.m.
Madelynn Papaleo, 21, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1000 block of Hickory Street at 11:57 a.m. on a felony warrant for violation of conditions of release.
An officer assisted a CASA caseworker in the city at 11:40 a.m.
Report of custodial interference in Kootenai at 11:50 a.m.
Report of a reckless driver in the area of U.S. 2 and S. Division Avenue at 2:17 p.m.
An officer responded after a report that a student had brought a pocketknife to school on Division Avenue at 2:21 p.m.
Report of a dog at large in the 300 block of Sprague Street in Kootenai at 1:34 p.m.
A sex offense reported in the city was placed under investigation at 2:29 p.m.
During a traffic stop in the area of U.S. 2 and Ontario Street at 3:23 p.m., marijuana and paraphernalia were seized for destruction.
An officer assisted a citizen after a civil dispute was reported in the 1700 block of Pine Street at 3:12 p.m.
Rachel S. Welch, 28, of Sagle, was arrested in the area of N. Third Avenue and Church Street at 7:12 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
Accidental 911 activation was reported on Oak Street at 7:25 p.m.

An officer assisted Idaho State Police on a call in the area of Fifth and Cedar at 12:19 a.m.
Eileen R. Rosier, 59, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 900 block of Division Avenue at 12:58 a.m. on charges of felony domestic battery, resisting/obstructing an officer, and battery on an officer.
Suspicious circumstances were reported on Baldy Mountain Road at 3:24 a.m.

Jan. 5
An officer responded to a 911 hang-up call in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 10:16 a.m.
An officer responded to an alarm activation in the 200 block of Triangle Drive at 10:53 a.m.
An officer was dispatched to a 911 hang-up in the 100 block on McNearney Road at 3:14 p.m.
Ethan A. Darling, 20, of Ponderay was cited in the 1000 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 3:43 p.m. on a charge of unlawful overtaking of a school bus.
An officer assisted Sandpoint Police in the area of Third and Church at 7:12 p.m.
An officer responded to a non-injury collision reported in the area of Highway 200 and Fifth Street at 10:27 p.m.
