John Briggs, 67, of Sagle was arrested in the 200 block of Evergreen Road in Sagle at 12:31 a.m. on charges of domestic battery, aggravated assault, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and possession of paraphernalia.
Report of a 911 hang-up in the area of the 100 block of Old Diamond Mill Loop in Oldtown at 12:32 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Fifth Avenue at 5:07 a.m.
Joshua C. Pilch, 45, of Sandpoint, was arrested on a felony warrant in the U.S. 95 area at 8:54 a.m.
An alarm in the 300 block of Sprague Street in Kootenai at 9:17 a.m. was determined to be unfounded.
An officer was unable to locate anything out of the ordinary on Ontario Street after possible gun shots were reported heard at 1:13 p.m.
Report of possible harassment in the 800 block of Artisan Way at 2:28 p.m.
A civil standby was requested in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 3:09 p.m.
Report of a suspicious incident in the 400 block of N. Division Avenue at 3:19 p.m.
Jacob G Riggins, 43, of Kootenai, was arrested in the 200 block of Brittany Loop in Kootenai at 3:59 p.m. on a Bonner County warrant.
Report of a possible battery on Pine Street at 3:55 p.m.

Nathan Dodge, 33, of Coeur d'Alene was arrested in the 476000 block of U.S. 95 at 3:53 p.m. on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
