NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given the City Council of the City of Oldtown will hold a public hearing prior to the regular City Council meeting on Monday, February 13, 2023 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Oldtown City Hall located at 215 N. Washington Avenue, Oldtown, Idaho to receive testimony regarding correcting an error within Ordinance No 98-2 which vacated portions of the alley within Block 1 of Cedar Park Addition. The vacation petition by all adjacent landowners, associated proceedings, and the grant of vacation in April of 1998 was intended for the entire length and width of the alley. However, the description of the vacated land within the Ordinance is in error. These proceedings are intended to correct the error and affirm the vacation of the area. No utilities are located within the subject area. The subject area of vacation is for the following alley right-of-way: The south end of the alley adjacent to lots 19, 20, & 21, Block 1, Cedar Park Addition, Book 1, Page 74 Bonner County Records.
