When the Clark Fork girls basketball team hosted Sandpoint High School’s JV team Saturday afternoon, Amari Printz-Hay led the Wampus Cats with 12 points to help take the win against the Bulldogs 37-34.

“Amari did amazing at the post,” Clark Fork coach Jordan Adams said.

Chloe Laybourne and Jetta Thaete scored 11 points each to help the Bulldogs.

Although Sandpoint had a dominating second half, it wasn't enough to stop the consistent play of Clark Fork.

“Lilly, Eloise and Piper had some amazing passes,” Adams said. “Jamie Herrick, a sophomore, came in off the bench and was huge for setting up some screens on our offense to help get us to the bucket.”

Clark Fork hosts Kootenai today at 5:30 p.m.

“The girls did a lot of good things,” Adams said.

Sandpoint hosts Moscow today at 7 p.m.
