A resident on Syringa Heights in Dover wanted to know the leash laws in Idaho at 12:41 p.m.

Nathan Demko, 21, of Sandpoint was arrested in the N. Boyer Road area at 1:31 p.m. on a probation violation on an original charge of driving under the influence.

Todd Ryan Todd, 49, Colbert, Wash., was arrested in the 5200 block of Old Priest River Road at 1:29 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
Kale Lockwood, 25, of Missoula, Mont., was arrested in the 475000 block of U.S. 95 at 1:35 a.m. on an outstanding warrant out of Nez Perce County.
Deputies responded to the Rapid Lightning Rod area for a traffic accident reported at 1:37 a.m.
SANDPOINT POLICE
June 16
Report of a boat creating a traffic hazard in the 900 block of N. Ella Avenue at 9:49 a.m.
Information was relayed to law enforcement in the Bridge Street at 9:52 a.m.
Officers responded to a reported suicide threat in the city at 2:12 p.m.
An officer stood by in the 1600 block of Main Street at 4:14 p.m. while a female retrieved her belongings.
Report of a juvenile problem on Fifth Avenue at 10:22 p.m.
PONDERAY POLICE
June 16
An officer responded to an alarm activation in the 600 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 9:40 a.m.
Matthew J. Wilson, 60, of Ponderay was arrested in the 1100 block of Fontaine Drive at 9:29 p.m. on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon under the influence of alcohol.
