NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REQUEST TO ABANDON AND VACATE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Commissioners of the INDEPENDENT HIGHWAY DISTRICT will hold a public hearing in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Code, to consider the abandonment and vacation of: UNDEVELOPED RIGHT-OF-WAY ABANDONMENT AND VACATION (Portion of Crystal Springs Road and all of Island View Road) All that real property in S1/2NW1/4, N1/2SW1/4, Section 20, Township 58 North Range 2 West, Boise Meridian, in the County of Bonner, State of Idaho, described as follows: Crystal Springs Road and Island View Road, and the three crosshatched areas labeled “R/W,” according to the plat of Crystal View Subdivision Blocks A & B, recorded on May 16, 1996, in Book 5 of Plats, Page 119, Instrument #485137, records of Bonner County, Idaho.
