ROBERT KLATTS SAW DAUGHTER, EUROPE
A trip to Europe was a pleasant event for Mr. and Mrs. Robert Klatt, who left Sandpoint April 23. Their daughter, Teresa, whose husband, U.S. Air Force Capt. Hugh Leedy, M.D., is stationed in Heidelberg, Germany, was waiting with a car when they landed in Frankfurt. After a day of rest at the Leedy’s apartment, they all left to tour Paris and Versailles. The Klatts took a train to Liege, Belgium, where they met members of families Mr. Klatt had known while serving in France in World War II. A great time was had by all in these reunions, said Klatt, who recently showed slides of the trip to Sandpoint Kiwanis Club.
