Recall will prevent irreparable harm by Brown, Rutledge
Many of us have been too trusting of the system, or perhaps too unengaged to vote in the last several years.
While we were distracted, our school board was taken over by wolves in sheep’s clothing … by extremists who seek to dismantle public education in Idaho, starting with our school district.
The recall of trustees Keith Rutledge and Susan Brown is the action of a community that has been awakened to the dangers of being unengaged. We are a committed and strong group of parents, educators, and community members who refuse to give up and let the wolves in our midst destroy our schools.
Recall elections are a democratic mechanism through which citizens can voice their concerns and hold elected officials accountable. It is the process by which we can return control of our schools to the community which they serve and stop Rutledge and Brown from doing irreparable harm. Please support our children, educators, and community by voting in favor of the recall on Aug. 29.
