Jeremiah Z. Saenz, 46, of Cusick was arrested in the 35000 block of Highway 41 in Oldtown at 12:15 p.m. on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia; and David C. Koch, 47, of Newport, Wash., was arrested at the same time and location on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
