Gary 'Mike' Beard, 81

Gary "Mike" Beard went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, July 3, 2023, at the age of 81. Praise God that Mike has a new and glorified body.

He was born in Frankfort, Ind., the son of James Harley Beard and Freda Strawn.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy (Kat); his children, Teresa Lynn Parker, Cheryl Bratcher, James Michael Beard and Rick Beard; and several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Denny.

Memorial services will be held at North Summit Church at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 3, his birthday. A lunch will follow the services.
