July 13
An officer assisted a citizen in the Franklin Street area at 10:57 a.m.
Cozy Strickland, 24, of Priest River was arrested on Seventh Street at 4:32 p.m. on a misdemeanor Bonner County warrant and on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl): Wilfred Hansen, 35, of Priest River was arrested at the same time and location on 28 counts of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) and possession of paraphernalia with intent to use; and Wilfred Hansen, 70, was arrested at the same time and location on charges of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana, over 3 ounces) and paraphernalia with intent to use.
