Effects lingering from nasty 'divorce'

The nasty divorce the city had with the Independent Highway District seems to have lingering effects.

The proposed realignment of the intersection for Great Northern and Baldy Mountain roads goes right smack dab through the middle of the highway district’s property. The timelapse from past Mayor Ray Miller and present Mayor Shelby Rognstad doesn’t seem to have totally cured the prickly feelings.
