Ronald A Johnston, 53, of Sandpoint, was cited in the 1100 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 7:23 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence (excessive).
Accidental 911 activation was reported on E. Mountain View Drive at 8:19 a.m.
Report of malicious injury to property in the 400 block of S. Division Avenue at 9:04 a.m.
