Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that a public hearing pursuant to Idaho Code and Dover City Code has been set for Dover City Council at 6 p.m. on March 20, 2023, at Dover City Hall, 699 Lakeshore Ave., Dover, to consider the following: The City of Dover will conduct a public hearing to consider public comment on proposed new and/or increased fees for actual costs of services and materials listed in the fee schedule. The reason for the proposed fee changes is to reflect the costs of services and materials reasonably related to but not exceeding the actual cost of the service being rendered. The proposed fee changes include: a separate fee category for stormwater/site disturbance review not associated with other permits; engineering costs to review violations; an increase for floodplain development permit applications; increases for building fees for temporary certificates of occupancy and zoning site permit reviews; building code violations to include failure to obtain a certificate of occupancy; a new fee category for miscellaneous administrative appeals; added fees for additional sewer and water inspections; inclusion of building code violations in category for water turn off fees; and a new fee for manual water meter reading.
