Gina Renee Lingar, 43, of Salem, Ore., was arrested on N. Boyer Road at 1:41 a.m. on a Latah County warrant on two charges of forgery, a Nez Perce County warrant on charges of burglary/forgery, two counts of misappropriation of information, and grand theft, a Nez Perce County warrant for burglary/forgery, and misappropriation of information.
