Fiddlers group announces Saturday jam session
The local chapter of the Idaho Old-Time Fiddlers Association includes an enthusiastic roster of fiddlers, guitarists, banjo players, mandolins, concertinas, ukulele, harmonicas, and a string bass player who gather to play for the crowd of old-time fans who come to listen.

The local, District 1A chapter of the Idaho Old-Time Fiddlers Association will meet for an acoustic jam session on Saturday, March 25, from 3 to 5 p.m., at the Sandpoint Senior Center, 820 Main St., in Sandpoint.
The chapter, which serves music lovers in Bonner and Boundary counties, has attracted an enthusiastic roster of fiddlers, guitarists, banjo players, mandolins, concertinas, ukulele, harmonicas and a string bass player who gather to play for the crowd of old-time fans who come to listen.
Acoustic musicians who want to take part and anyone who wants to come and listen are welcome to join the fun. Beginners absolutely welcome and encouraged. The event is free and open to the public.
