An officer responded to a report of possible fraud on Helena Street in Kootenai at 4:28 p.m.

Levi P. Workman, 34, of Spirit Lake was arrested in the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way at 8:45 p.m. on an outstanding felony warrant and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
Crystal A. Tucker, 37, of Sagle was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant in the 4000 block of N. Boyer Road at 9:51 p.m.
