Book sale is Saturday

Right on time, spring has sprung and the Friends of the Library's April sale is approaching.

The monthly sale will be held Saturday, April 1, at the Sandpoint Library, 407 Cedar St. The sale begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m.

Hidden in April is poetry month in honor of which the group will feature a selection of poets and their works. The Friends of the Library continue to offer media at half-price.

In addition, Saturday's sale will feature a curated collection for middle teens, cookbooks and, since the sun is finally shining, gardening books to tempt area residents and help them plan their spring and summer gardens.
