Lisa M. Adair, 42, of Bloom Lake, Wash., was arrested in the U.S. 95 area at 4:40 p.m. on charges of possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of paraphernalia and commercial burglary.
An officer responded to a reported theft in the 700 block of Moonflower Lane at 5:03 p.m.
Mattie L. Hayes, 23, was cited in the area of Boyer and Chestnut at 11:47 p.m. on a charge of possession of paraphernalia with in intent to use.
