SMS girls track star breaks two long-standing records

SANDPOINT — Sandpoint Middle School’s Izzy Waters broke two long-standing middle school records recently in the 800 and 1600-meter runs.
Waters broke the 800-meter record with a time of 2:28.80 and the 1600-meter record with a time of 5:36.01 to help lead the girls 8th grade girls to a district championship.
