The applicants are requesting a comprehensive plan map amendment from Rural Residential to Neighborhood Commercial on 11.8 acres. The project is located off Dufort Road & Vay Road in Section 1, Township 55 North, Range 4 West, Boise-Meridian. The Planning Commission, at the March 21, 2023, public hearing, recommended denial of this file to the Board of County Commissioners.   File ZC0012-22 - Zone Change. ORDINANCE NO. 693 ZONE CHANGE FILE NO. ZC0003-23 An ordinance of Bonner County, Idaho, citing its authority, and providing for the amendment of the official zoning map of Bonner County by the classification of lands generally located in Section 19-27-28-29-30-32-33, Township 56 North, Range 4 West to Rural-5 and Rural-10 and providing for an effective date.
