David M. Seward, 74, of Heron, Mont., was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence in the 30000 block of Highway 200 at 9:47 p.m.

An officer advised at 9:33 a.m. that a male will be trespassed from property in the 1000 block of N. Boyer Avenue when he is located.

Report of a suspicious male in the area of W. Superior and S. Ella Avenue at 11:27 a.m.

A civil standby was requested in the 100 block of Halley Street at 12:26 p.m.

A 13-year-old female was taken into custody on Halley Street at 12:26 p.m. after violating conditions of a conditional release agreement.
