AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE NO. 278, FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION ORDINANCE, to allow certain exceptions from more stringent flood prevention standards for small, low-cost accessory structures while still requiring the filing of a floodplain development permit and compliance with flood damage prevention criteria. AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE NO. 285, ZONING AND SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE to clarify that the waterfront setback applies to all surface bodies of water, including streams, lakes, or rivers; to require a zoning review for exempt structures to ensure they meet zoning, flood damage prevention, and subdivision codes; and to establish a minimum lot width of 50 feet for new and reconfigured lots.
