Dylan Scott Speraw, 35, of Newport, Wash., was arrested in the 400 block of U.S. 2 on charges of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
Suspicious circumstances were reported on Tower Road in Cocolalla at 10:01 p.m.
Deputies responded to a juvenile problem on River Drive in Clark Fork at 10:55 p.m.
