What's the truth with BCRCC and Mark Sauter?

Unlike some of the letters that I’ve been reading lately regarding the Bonner County Republican Central Committee’s decision to censor Representative MarkSauter, Scott Herndon’s May 7 explication of the vote published in this paper is factual, clear, logical, no-nonsense, and relatively concise. And anyone who knows Sen. Herndon would expect no less from him as that pretty well sums up his character (maybe not always the concise part)...
