Monthly book sale is today

Colder temperatures are here along with November, a month of giving thanks.

And among the thanks for many in the community is the Friends of the Sandpoint Library's monthly used book sale today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 1407 Cedar St. in Sandpoint.

As a thank you to the community, the group is offering its oversized books at half price. Cookbooks also are being offered at half price as well.

Besides its usual genres, there are some specially priced items that will be at this months sale, including vintage and collectible material. In addition, there will be an abundance of young adult/teen reads and some large print fiction this month.
