John W. Jose, 52, of Spirit Lake was arrested in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 7:03 p.m. on an
outstanding Kootenai County misdemeanor warrant for probation violation.
Officers and Northside Fire responded to a report of an unknown-injury collision in the 477100 block of Highway 95 at 7:43 p.m.
An officer responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 9:29 p.m.

A female juvenile of Trout Creek, Mont., was arrested in the 30700 block of Highway 200 at 12:40 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
Information was relayed to law enforcement on Moonflower Lane at 2:49 a.m.
